Bruno Knadjian et Emmanuel Piekut

Bruno Knadjian is a partner in the tax department of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (Paris) LLP. He advises French and international clients on the tax aspects of corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, management incentive arrangements, joint ventures, group reorganisations and business transfers, including in the real estate sector. He also advises on the taxation of financing arrangements and capital markets transactions. He has substantial experience in tax litigation, both at the pre-litigation stage and before the specialised courts.

Emmanuel Piekut has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2018. He practises employment law and advises on issues relating to employment relationships, both in an advisory capacity and in the context of disputes. His practice falls within the field of labour and employment law, with an approach focused on the legal analysis of workplace situations and on securing decision-making in light of regulatory and case law requirements.
