Bruno Knadjian is a partner in the tax department of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (Paris) LLP. He advises French and international clients on the tax aspects of corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, management incentive arrangements, joint ventures, group reorganisations and business transfers, including in the real estate sector. He also advises on the taxation of financing arrangements and capital markets transactions.
