Emilie Calame is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Calame – The Legal Ops Company, a Legal Operations consultancy she established in 2019. A former General Counsel and Head of Operations, she has developed her career across a wide range of environments, from real estate (CBRE) to software (Dell Technologies), as well as within the legaltech sector (Legalcluster). Together with her team, she supports the legal departments of large corporate groups, unicorns, scale-ups and start-ups in their digital and organisational transformation projects. Her advisory work covers both the selection and deployment of tools and the optimisation of processes and change management, with the objective of building high-performing, forward-looking legal functions that contribute measurable value within the business. Actively involved in the legal ecosystem, Emilie Calame served on the Board of Directors of the AFJE for seven years. She co-founded and chaired the Young Lawyers Committee for five years, before co-founding the AFJE Legal Ops Committee, playing an active role in structuring and promoting the Legal Operations profession in France., Nicolas Peigner
