Marine Jardonnet serves as Legal Counsel at Evidency, where she advises the company on legal, regulatory, and litigation issues arising in highly regulated and digital environments. Admitted to both the New York and Massachusetts Bars, she brings an international perspective that enables her to address complex legal challenges across European and American jurisdictions. Prior to joining Evidency, Marine practiced in private law firms and within the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, developing extensive experience in complex litigation and regulatory matters. She advised private clients and regulatory authorities on issues involving commercial law, insurance law, public health law, compliance, data protection, and confidentiality, across both public and private sectors in France and the United States. At Evidency, Marine leverages this experience to support the legal protection of the company’s operations, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance, legal risk management, digital asset protection, and data and artificial intelligence governance. Her pragmatic approach to complex legal and regulatory frameworks supports Evidency in assisting organizations operating in highly regulated environments.
