Antoine Casanova is a Partner at Carler Avocats. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011, he joined the firm in 2015 and primarily advises organisations on matters relating to IT law, technology contracts and data protection. He holds a Master's degree in IT Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and is regularly involved in the drafting and negotiation of agreements relating to integration projects, outsourcing arrangements, software licensing and software maintenance services. His practice also covers the management of large-scale IT projects and the conduct of complex disputes involving information systems and digital technologies. Antoine Casanova regularly contributes to specialist legal publications and teaches IT law at several higher education institutions, including Paris Dauphine University, the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, Toulouse Capitole University and Gobelins Paris.
